Refund policy

Returns

If you bought the wrong item, or decide you no longer want the item and you can return unopened products in original, sealed, saleable condition to us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.

Between 15 and 30 days of purchase your refund will be processed as store credit only.

We do not accept returns that were purchased more than 30 days ago.

Please do not send your purchased items back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected and approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Store Credit is processed immediately and will be available to use in-store or online.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refills

We regret that we cannot offer exchanges or credit on goods that have been opened or used. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us and we will work with you to ensure that you are happy with your Salt+Cedar experience.
